Just purtched new ACER computer w/ Microsoft _ Office Starter 2010" software. Problem trying to activate. When I try to run get error message....cant find product to open. Can you help ?

Office Starter 2010 should not ask for activation, it is just a preloaded image. What are you trying to do exactly ?
