Acesso remoto

Estou com um problema de acesso a um terminal remoto. Dentro do escritrio consigo acessar normalmente utilizando o acesso remoto, mas quando tento remotamente no consigo. A mensagem de erro sugere que o computador pode estar desligado ou no pode ser visualizado na rede.

O ping na rede est normal.

Hello,

For Remote Desktop, please make sure the following settings are set correctly:

1. Remote Desktop settings in System Properties.

2. The account used by remote must be in the Remote Desktop Group
