Accessing remote company webmail
I am running windows 7 on this laptop. My wife accesses her company web email from her and has been doing this without incident until yesterday. When she attempts to login, it just resets to a blank login screen. She was having this problem several months ago and the problem was resolved by delecting all cookies on the system and rebooting. That fix is no longer working. I even went back to do a system restore taking it back to a point when everything was working fine, but that didn't help. It should be noted that my company laptop, which runs XP can access her email fine, it's just the newer laptop with Windows 7 where we are having the problem. Any suggestions?

I think your company's IT administrator would be the best person to assist you - it's his job.
