i installed Windows 7 RC on my laptop (Acer travelmate 5720,2.0 core 2 duo,160 gb HDD,1 GB DDR2 ram).ihave a complaint that my laptop has tow partitions of 80 Gb(C) and 80 Gb(D).I installed windows 7 RC on C drive by formatting it but now i m unable to acccess my D drive and its also not visible in My Computer Explorer.pls help me so i can get my partition back without formatting it.

Try this: Right-click Computer > Manage > Storage > Disk Management then right-click on the drive that is 'hidden' or unallocated > Change Drive Letter/Paths... > select a letter from nearer the end of the alphabet > OK and the disk should show in Computer. Try another letter if it stays hidden.
