Hello All,We are using Synchronised Folders to make sure that our users My Documents are backed up and travel with them wherever they log on in our network. We have an issue now with one laptop which, when the user works at home, will hang as soon as you do anything in the synchronised My Documents folder. It doesn't matter if you simply copy a file into the My Documents folder, or if you try to edit something from the folder.I have tried re-initialising the offline files cache. That didn't help. I have also completely recreated the users profile, that also did not help.If the laptop is left for a considerable period of time, it will come back to life and you can use the My Documents area seemingly without further issue, but the delay is a serious problem as it appears to be in excess of 10 minutes.The laptop has not always been like this. It worked fine for several months, then this issue started. Automatic updates are turned off, so that shouldn't be the cause and the user does not have the necessary privileges to make any system changes or install programs. The laptop works fine when connected to our network.Has anyone got any idea what might cause this problem, and how I can reolve it.1 person needs an answerI do too
