Access rights for files and folders
For runing a mkdir, followed by an access deny, in the PHP of EasyWAMP, I gave all groups and users the full control of a folder. The mkdir did not work (access deny). I deleted all the groups and users, recreated them with the full control of the folder. The mkdir worked. It looks to be a bug of Windows 7 Ultimate french x64.

Was that with UAC on or off? Did that folder exist before installing Windows 7 or enabling UAC? In this case you should have tried to take ownership of the folder and all objects in it before adjusting the permissions. But yes, usually it is faster to rename the original folder, recreate a folder with the old name and COPY (not cut/paste) stuff from old to new folder to get the permissions right.
