Access denied on a file, but i own the file and am an admin and have fulle NTFS access
Something happened to a file here. I am pretty much familiar with NTFS rights. I know how to replace ownership, set security rights etc, but the file is blocked with Access is denied when e.g. opening the file in Notepad. I have given my user full access to the file and verified it in effective permissions (full control etc is enabled). I am able to rename the file to any name. e.g. rename to "d:\fileproblem" (no extension). I am able to move the file around on the same disk, but not to another drive. I've tried to turn off antivirus. I fear that something got destroyed whilst I encrypted that folder some weeks ago and then cancelled the operation. Searching for file in process explorer leaves no results. I have rebooted the system several times. Here is a dump of file from subinacl.exe

I still have similar issues. This time it's on Win7x64 Enterprise. It's VERY annoying.
