My Windows 7 is the home version. When I update a file with Explorer, i.e. delete a file or try to replace it, I get access denied. I run as the Admin with no password. Also, I do not know what Bitlocker is. I just need to know how to adjust my security settings so I can do anything and everything on my own files in Windows 7. The Security options/features and etc. are blocking me doing my work.......

If you have a problem of a denied access, proceed like that: 1- check if your administrator account is not disabled 2- check if your administrator account has a non empty password. 2- When you want to execute a program, right click on it and then click on run as an administrator . 3-Authenticate your self with the use of the administrator account. If you do like that you will not have a denied access. Try it and tell me if all is ok.
