Access Denied
I get this "Access Denied" when I try to open a .txt-file I created with the account I am logged on with. I run DCs on 2k8 R2, FC-level R2, fileserver is 2k8 R2 and the pc is Win7 64 fully patched. That should be a good start. On the server, logged on as Domain-Admin, I can open, change and save the changes. Here it works. On the pc I can see the file but not open it. I have checked the ownership, I have turned off UAC, I have checked that the user doesn't run any encryption, I have ... The folder is located on the users Home-Directory and I only have the problem here. Other network-drives are working OK. Here I can create, open and save... Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem. Thank You very much

Hi Long time... I finally figured out what was wrong. It was due to "Document"-folder redirection and "Offline"-files syncronization. If the user has a Win 7 desktop and a win XP LapTop that are located in differnt OU's and maybe different GPO's then you get this problem. All works fine now.
