Able to Ping LAN - ( SERVERS+ Desktops) but not able to ping remote servers or cannot access proxy server.

Hi
In our organization we have DELL Optiplex 780 and 790 machines with windows7. For past two months we are facing very weird problem in one or the other machines.
From windows 7 machine we are able to ping any servers, desktop and can access any shared resources within the LAN.

But when i Ping the servers in remote office ( germany) cannot ping, even the proxy server which is in DMZ cannot ping or cannot access any resources.
I do not know why this problem happening.
Action taken :

Formatted the machine installed the new OS Removed Antivirus and checked but still sameConnected the system to different switch portWindows firewall disabledDrivers reloaded

Swapped the Hard drive to different machine, by doing this it works fine.
Also replacing of Motherboard it works.
Does any one has faced this problem?
If any solution is there please help

1. Use network monitor to pinpoint your problem. Use either NM from Microsoft or open source Wireshark.
2. Check your possible blocks on active network devices (filtering based on MAC address)

What happens when you "tracert" the destination server? Are there any "Request timed out"s ... or does it reach the destination server without any issues and get back.

Hi,
I would like to know if the computer in remote Office is in the same subnet? Can you ping the getaway in remote Office?

Meanwhile, please help me collect the ipconfig /all information on the problematic computer in remote Office.

The Desktop is in the same Office.
Today i debug, by adding a addon network card and disabled the onboard NIC card.

The system now able to ping remote office IP's and able to connect to the Servers.
This proves that the onboard NIC is having issue which is not able to ping remote office IP's or connect to Servers.
Highlighted the same to DELL Technical team and hoping they will find out why the onboard NIC are creating this Problem.
