Hi, Currently, I have a really strange problem with one of my windows Vista machine. I currently have a remote desktop server called SERVER1. When I try to connect to this SERVER1 with the username and the password of the user, I get the error "Login attempt failed". So I decided to try to connect using another username and it worked. So then I decided to do the following FlushDNS - It didn't workWindows Update - There was no updates availableConnect from another computer using Windows XP - it worked successfullyConnect from another computer using Windows Vista - it worked successfullyConnect from another computer using Windows 7- it worked successfullyManually update the remote desktop client to the latest version (6.1.7600)Reinitialize the account of the user in the active directoryLook at the log of The domain controller, the SERVER1 and the local computer to verify that there was no problem with this user We are currently running out of solutions and we wanted to know if anybody out there already had this problem before.
