There is obviously a problem with PowerDVD9 and it may be a corrupt file. Windows cannot always provide an answer to these problems. Your best bet is to contact PowerDVD9 Tech Support or to post in one of the PowerDVD9 user forums. You could uninstall the program and then try re-installing it.

Hi, PowerDVD 9 may cause conflict with certain program running on the system. It is suggested to uninstall PowerDVD 9 and check the result. Beside, system restore can be under considertaion too. Regards,Magon Liu - MSFT
