A device attached to the system is not functioning. __Error Status: 0xc0000001.
Whenever I turn on my computer, I get this error message.
Security Accounts Manager initialization failed because of the following error: A device attached to the system is not functioning. Error Status: 0xc0000001. Please click OK to shut down this system and reboot into Safe Mode, check event log for more detailed information.
Even whenever I press ok, it just reboots, and gives me the same error.1 person needs an answerI do too

Look in Event Viewer to see if you can identify the culprit as the error suggests.
