When I run the connectivity test using autodiscover for Lync i get the following:

A Web exception occurred because an HTTP 502 - BadGateway response was received from IIS7.
HTTP Response Headers:
Content-Length: 1477
Content-Type: text/html
Date: Tue, 14 Apr 2015 18:38:09 GMT
Server: Microsoft-IIS/8.5 Elapsed Time: 42205 ms

The odd thing is that the test was working fine 2 weeks ago.  I made no changes and other people claimed to not know of any changes.

What can I check to try to get this to work?

My lync environment is below.

2013 Front end, 2013 edge, IIS Reverse proxy using ARR 3.0.  

Another note is that i cant get to the https://lyncdiscover.domain.com/Autodiscover/AutodiscoverService.svc/root/user site from the proxy server.  I cannot ping it either.  

I can get to the site from other computers internally and externally but i get the 502 proxy error.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi _Broseph,

Please make sure the related certificates (Root and intermediate) are installed on the ARR server properly.

Check Monitoring and Management Tab to see if the server status is shown as Healthy.
