Can you describe your setup, is the connection in a LAN? Can you connect by IP address? Can you ping the remote computer?

I have this same response. Remote Assistance used to work on the computer I am trying to assist. Both my PC & remote are on lans with Internet connection through major cable ISPs so ip addresses are changeable. We're using Outlook invite. Where do you plug in an ip address in the invitation anyway? Thanks
