AVSDK5 Virus/Worm?
Hello,I believe I have a virus or worm. It was masking itself as Authentium anti-virus5, which I've never had. I'm running Norton 360 and also use the windows firewall and primarily use Internet Explorer as my browser. I cannot use IE or Outlook to receive e-mails. I can use Firefox (but don't like it) to access the internet however that even locks up occassionally. I thought I deleted the whole thing but three files seem to remain in the System section of windows (though I can't find them in the actual file system?). The files are vsedsps, vseamps, & vseqrts. I can only see them using an uninstall program I found on Cnet.com. I can also see AVSDK5 still in the windows add/remove programs list although it doesn't give me a remove button or anything so I can't delete it. Please help! Thank You!!!Jason 1 person needs an answerI do too

What you have is a rogue which is a type of malware. Click on the link below and download Malwarebytes. The link is a direct download of the set-up file. During installation, you will have the option to place check marks into two boxes. One is to launch Malwarebytes and the other is to check for updates. Make sure you check both. After the updates are complete Malwarebytes will open. Choose a QUICK scan not a full scan. Post your results.Sometimes deciding which battle to fight is the toughest battle of all..
