AVG security bar
Hi,
an AVG security bar is constantly installing itself on my computer when I start I.E.9.
Deleting all files, inclusive from register, is not solving the problem.
It seems like a virus to me.
I just don't want this irritating AVG bar, because I did NOT ask for it, nor did I agree with installing it.
How can I permently delete this disaster.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Jesper
No I did not. I just don't want this junk; I've installed a better virus program (payed version: Norton)
It's een AVG security toolbar; it installs itself.
You can not uninstall, but even when you remove all files en register values, it keeps coming back.Albert

Hi,
Have you tried to disable it in Internet Option?

Hi Tracy,
Yes I did.
The AVG security toolbar however seems to install itself over and over again; it acts like adware.
I'm trying to find a way to block this unwanted junk.
