AVARATO nightmare
Purchased two new Hps within time frames and model applicability. The second company provider has been a hapless nightmare with multiple emails and two direct calls. Last call susposedly "fixed" everything BUT I have never receivedbut one POP OK from them. I am just rying to confirm that both events will lead to me getting the WIN 7 software. If not, I'll just box up the two computers and take them backto MICROCENTER in Fairfax VAas I am still under the return time offered by them. This Avarato thing is driving me crazy. They went in and saw both urdes by simply looking at the email address -- z22eagle@cox.net -- and said all was well and emails would follow. Please assist from HP as I have no trust in their work..757-339-0419..Thanks
