ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEM ORY BSOD

I am running Windows 8.1 and recently tried to install Avast PRO antivirus and right before it finished installing it gave me the Blue Screen of Death error mentioned in this post's title.

I called Avast tech support twice while I was troubleshooting and both times they wanted me to pay $150+ for a year subscription for them to help me fix this one problem when all they thought it was, was Avast was conflicting with Trend Micro, MalwareBytes, and SuperAntiSpyware that I still had installed on my PC.

So I went into the control panel, uninstalled all three, did a registry cleanse using WinThruster, cleaned out system junk using WinSweeper, updated all drivers using DriverDoc, ran a system file check using the command prompt, and attempted a system restore (when the computer rebooted, it said the restore was unsuccessful).

My next step is I'm going to check the dmp files to see what might be causing it. Anyone have any ideas, I'm almost at a total loss.

The only other symptom I have is my mouse has been laggy for the past two days, I don't know if that's related, but my computer runs just as well as it did when I had it custom built over a year ago. Everything else on it is completely fine.

Please help.

All bad ideas!!

Why you should not use Registry Cleaners and Optimization Tools.

To be able to troubleshoot what might be causing your system to crash, we need the dump files. In an ideal situation, more than one file would be needed to establish a pattern so if you do have more than one, please upload them.

Please refer to the link below for steps to retrieve, zip and upload them to the file sharing site like onedrive, google's "dropbox, etc.

When you are done, make the folder public and share the link here.

Hi MrDawson17,

"I called Avast tech support twice while I was troubleshooting and both times they wanted me to pay $150+ for a year subscription for them to help me fix this one problem when all they thought it was, was Avast was conflicting with Trend Micro, MalwareBytes, and SuperAntiSpyware that I still had installed on my PC. "

We can try to install it in a clean boot environment to verify whether there is a third party conflict here .This is just a troubleshoot method .
How to perform a clean boot in Windows

"did a registry cleanse using WinThruster, cleaned out system junk using WinSweeper"
It is recommended to use the official tool to clean the registry after uninstalling the software .
Fix problems that programs cannot be installed or uninstalled

"The only other symptom I have is my mouse has been laggy for the past two days"
Have you tried to reinstall the mouse driver to have a check ?

I agree with XP ROCKs ,to analyze this issue deeply .Please upload the dmp files to the OneDrive and paste the link here ,we will make a analysis for you .

Best regards
