AOL not available after attempted SP3 download and going back to SP2.
I downloaded SP3 for my Windows XP computer. Everything seemed to go all right right up to what seemed like the end, but then I got an "access denied" message. So after messing with it for quite a while, I removed the SP3 and reverted to the SP2 that had been working for me. The computer seems to work on everything, but I can no longer access my AOL service. I am on Times-Warner cable and the AOL is "free." Because of this, I guess, I am not able to get full help from AOL. Can anyone help me with any of this?1 person needs an answerI do too

I think you need to try and get SP3 installed again. It's an important update - WinXP SP2 is no longer a supported configuration. How much free disk space do you have on your machine? -B- http://www.officeforlawyers.com | http://www.onenote-tips.com Author: The Lawyer's Guide to Microsoft Outlook
