I've been signing on directly to AOL for a long time with no issues on my Dell with XP. Today I'm unable to sign on and recieve "insufficient memory" message. I don't have a memory issue I'm only 20% utilized. I contacted AOl and they had me uninstall and reinstall, but the problem will not go away. They point the finger at Microsoft. I've done all the simple stuff I know how to do like defrag, check for viruses, and of course reinstall. Help!1 person got this answerI do too
