AOL - XP - Can't Sign On
I've been signing on directly to AOL for a long time with no issues on my Dell with XP. Today I'm unable to sign on and recieve "insufficient memory" message. I don't have a memory issue I'm only 20% utilized. I contacted AOl and they had me uninstall and reinstall, but the problem will not go away. They point the finger at Microsoft. I've done all the simple stuff I know how to do like defrag, check for viruses, and of course reinstall. Help!1 person needs an answerI do too

Do a disk cleanup (Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Disk cleanup and make sure that includes the Temporary Internet Files and then reboot and see if that helps at all. steve <AOL Sign on Problem> wrote in message news:Email removed for privacy...I've been signing on directly to AOL for a long time with no issues on my Dell with XP.
