AMD Processor problem?
After updating to SP3 for Windows XP, we had problems with the computer not rebooting. It was "looping through 3 start-up screens and would only reboot in Safe Mode. After help from a great technician, the problem was fixed. He informed us that the problem is the AMD processor in our HP. Because I am NOT at all computer "savvy" I want to make sure I understood the repair... is it a permanent fix? What exactly is the issue? Will it occur again? Thanks!1 person needs an answerI do too
