AFTER VPN CONNECTED TO OFFICE VPN, PING TO A CERTAIN HOST RETURN DESTINATION HOST UNREACHABLE
Hi !I have setup a pptp vpn connection from my home to my office.I connected successfully to my office vpn.I can remote desktop to several server in my office but there is one pc that i cannot remote desktop to.When i try to ping it it will return destination host unreachable ping 192.168.9.50reply 192.168.0.1 destination host unreachable it becomes 192.168.0.1 instead of 192.168.9.50Can anybody help to solve this issue ?I really to do some work in that pc and i don't how to connect there?I'm pretty remote desktop is allowed in that pc.ThanksGUKGUK1 person needs an answerI do too

The address 192.168.0.1 appears to be a gateway address. Perhaps the VPN's gateway has no route to that particular system, either by design or due to oversight. You can Not ping through the Internet using private IP. So you probably getting the IP of your own Router.Getting to the computer on the other side of an Internet connection has to be done by configured open forwarded ports or Routes, it can not be done by using the remote private IP.
