Hi, Please try the following: 1. Check if you can ping gateway successfully. If it is a home router, usually, the IP addresses of gateway and the router are the same. 2. Check if other machines connect to the same router can access Internet. 3. Update the NIC driver to latest. 4. If you connect the router via wireless, please use wired and see how it works and vice versa. 5. Run Network troubleshooter and see how it works. More information: Wired and wireless network connection problems in Windows. If issue persists, please run ipconfig /all in command prompt and let us know the result. Hope this helps. Hi i'm redaki. Can anyone tell me what is the problem if my laptop is connecting to the router but it show no internet.
