64 bit driver signing
Hi, I have a driver file which i am trying to run on win 7 64 bit. It is digitally signed file using dseo13b.exe. Now this file gives error saying Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. How do i load the driver on win 7 64 bit. My driver is digitally signed still why does it say that windows can not verify it. How do i make windows verify the file.. Please help.. Thanks in advance

Hi, Since dseo13b.exe is third-party software, we cannot provide further assistances on it. Regarding loading a unsigned driver, I suggest you attempt to hit F8 as soon as the computer boots, to access the option "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" from the Advanced Boot Menu. Also, you can configure this setting through Group Policy Object: Open Group Policy à User Configuration à Administrative Templates à System à Driver Installation à Code signing for drivers Enable this policy and set it Ignore. Please run sigverif.exe (from Start search box), run it, open the log and post the results here, thanks!Kunal D Mehta - a Windows Server Enthusiast | My first TechNet Wiki Article
