Hello,Sorry you're having such a bad experience. What is the make and model of your machine? Based on your description, I have a feeling that there's a hotfix available to address this issue, but I want to confirm some info about your machine first. To help figure out where it's crashing, we need a little more info. Please create a public share on http://skydrive.live.com. Then look in c:\windows\minidumps. Copy the files there to the public share you created. Then post the link here. Thanks,MarkWant to know if your current hardware & software will work with Windows 7?
