I reinstalled windows-xp and now my 2nd hard drive will not let me open any folders or files. what can i do to unlcok these files in this drive, before reinstalling the operating system we moved items we wanted to save to the 2nd drive and now we can not open anything. any one have any suggestions on how to open these files1 person needs an answerI do too
