Hi... On June 13, 2012 Microsoft release some new important updates. I downloaded the updates, and in doing so it created a restore point. After the updates were installed. I shut off my laptop and went to bed. The next day when i powered on my laptop i noticed that where was another update. I downloaded that update, and it said that it could not download it. I get an error code of 80004005. I tried to google it and I could not find anything to help me. I even tried to disable my firewall and my antivirus, and it would still not work. Then i tried to uninstall the update through the the control panel and It said that it can not be installed. I can uninstall everything else, even IE9. I have a Toshiba L755D-5204. I know that the license is valid because the laptop was shipped from the manufacturer

Block automatic update until Microsoft will issue correction. Contact Microsoft Support and report error. Regards Milos
