2008 R2 Native Domain takes too long to logon users.
2008R2, AD integrated DNS for the domain, Single Site, Single server, 10 PC's, 12 Users, 3 Printers.
All PC's are Win7 Pro, newly built with great specs. Simple, right?
Group policy maps 3 printers, all users' folder redirected to server share and maps a network drive.
Users use individually named accounts.
Users are using a patient database that they have to log into as well (which is quick).
Time for one user to logout and another to logon to the same workstation takes about a full minute.
All this while facing a waiting customer at the counter.
This shouldn't be so. How can I speed up the user logon?

Hi,
Please try to enable
Set maximum wait time for the network if a user has a roaming user profile or remote home folder setting and configure
Wait for network for maximum option is 0 seconds under
Computer Configuration\ Administrative Templates\System\User Profiles.
Hope it helps.
