Every time I start a program, I wait 15 seconds before a window opens. I noticed in Task Manager that verclsid.exe runs during this time. The Microsoft Support web site mentions some problems with this process but not what I am experiencing. This seems to have started within the last couple of weeks but I don't know what might have happened to bring this on. It's a little frustrating on a 3GHz machine to wait 15 seconds every time I start a program. Any ideas? 1 person needs an answerI do too
