I have user that complains that calls are dropped.
The call comes in to a response group and the user answers.
I then see:
51000; reason="Call terminated by transferee on successful transfer"
I guess that says that the response group is dropping the call and connecting the user that answered to the call?
And then when the user says that the call was dropped after a few minutes I see this in the logg:
10027 reason="Normal termination response from gateway after the call was established"
What does that mean? Is our sip gateway dropping the call? Or did somebody hang up the call?
