0x80070016 error when copying files to network share

Everytime i try to copy files or save them from any office app like word or excel to my documents share that was working with Windows 7 enterprise now give this error:

0x80070016: the device doesn't recgonize the command

The share is  \\SRVSBS01\RedirectedFolders\Tecinfo\My Documents\Documentos\Informtica\2013 it has only 78 characters long wich is a problem to Windows when using long folder path to save things in some other cases.

Please help because this is the first pc at the company to migrate to Windows 8 enterprise edition 64 bit

Can you mount it as a networked drive or browse\ping the root directory (SRVSBS01)?

Hi,

Could you manually access the network share on Windows 8?

Please try to temporary disable firewall and antivirus program for test.

If the issue persist, try to create another share folder on windows 7 to see if the same issue occurs.

Hi,

What if you use command to copy files to network share? You need to map the network share first.

i found the sollution.

It has to be related with the offline files not being sincronized, i had to manually force the sincronization.
