Windows error upgrading to 8.1 error 0x80070004-0x2000d

upgrading my Toshiba notebook to 8.1 from 8 after numerous downloads, all I get is, could not update reinstalling windws 8 Errrrrr!!!! 5 times so far!

error 0x80070004-0x2000d tried most recommended suggestions ie disable anti virus etc any ideas please! at the point of going to apple computing.
