0x80070002 Backup error
I am running Windows 7 64bit Home edition. I am getting a 0x80070002 error when trying to backup. I have not been able to resolve the issue using any method I could find on a Microsoft website. Originally, I was receiving a different error, when I looked up the solution, it asked me to change the Volume Shadow Copy service and the SSDP serive, I can't remember the exact error code. This however did not solve the issue and I took the device back to the retailer. When I got a replacement product, it is not giving me this error, rather it gives 0x80070002. Also, If I try to view the hard drive in windows explorer I can see the files but if I try to open one, it says "Windows can not identify the path name" please check it. I think this has something to do with the services I changed.

Hi xTstalls, Thanks for the post! Check your Windows Backup Logs in c:\Windows\Logs\WindowsBackup, there should be a txt file contained the error message you got. Please provide its detailed information.
