Microsoft Security Essentials would turn off Windows Defender to prevent conflict and it contain Anti-Spyware (Windows Defender is inside Microsoft Security Essentials). But if you think you have fake Anti-Virus , then restart your PC and press F8 key repeatedly before Windows logo come up.Then chose Safemode with Networking and then log on to:http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htmAnd run full system scan.By the way, the original website for Microsoft Security Essentials is:http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/default.aspx
