I can no longer open compressed .rar files by using windows. I believe that it can be opened by Windows by right-clicking on the file and choosing the "extract..." options. But when I right click on the file I want to extract, there is no such option. Recently I accidentally changed the default of .dll to notepad. Does this have anything to do with the problem I have now? Could you also show me how to restore the .dll back to its original default? I'm afraid what I did will cause problems. This is really a problem because I haven't backed up my files so I can't restore to any point.
