.pdf file extension is missing from the file extension/default program list. Can you add it? How?
I couldn't find .pdf in the associated file extensions to set Acrobat as the default Program. Yet when trying to open a .pdf it incorrectly associates the .pdf extension to Windows Shell Program. How do you add missing file types to Windows 7 as common as .pdf files so you can use the proper program default and don't always have to save them and use the Open With option every time?

if you are not familiar with chaing registry setting or system setting simply reinstall or run repair of the Adobe software and it should register the .pdf file extension in the system in this case you don't need to mark around with the system settings and is safe
