Tried setting Open With... to cmd.exe in Windows\system32, and that just opens cmd.exe in that folder the bat file is in, nothing happens. Tried to find the below, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.BAT\ but it doesn't exist:
