Ok... People say that the v5.1 driver works for windows vista. I installed the driver manually through device manager. now It is in network cards.but internet still does not work and when I click diagnose connection problems it says "This computer does not have a wireless network adapter installed and configured." I just installed it and it does not work. this is frusterating and I need urgent help. It needs it for work and I cannot use it. Im totally going to throw the computer out the window. Please help guys!:(

i suggest you completely uninstall any wireless NIC device shown in device manager,restart,then windows will want to automatically install generic drivers,dont allow it, then now manually install your v5.1 driverTunde Abagun MCP,MCSA,MCTS,MCITP en p "for the love of Computers"

You know what is cool? this morning after crashing and crashing of the computer... it turned on successfully and the internet worked!!!!!I dont know why, but no crashing, with internet! so..... Problem solved! Thanks for your suggestion though.(drtunababa)
