I suggest post this issue or refer it in Acer forum for them to be able to reproduce and troubleshoot. If Windows asks you to send more detail about errors please do so.

Run Windows Update and install all updates and check Action Center and see if there is any message there.

get a better computer read here, I use windows 8.1 and only one small issue

http://reviews.cnet.com/desktops/acer-aspire-x1920-ur20p/4505-3118_7-34686865.html

The bottom line: The Acer Aspire X1920-UR20P is a poorly configured, overpriced budget desktop with little to recommend it. Look instead to Acer's Gateway subsidiary for better slim-tower options.

I'd say U are having power issues or hardware issues. Sry if this sounds harsh, but in this life you get what u pay for.

I am trying this now just to leave so info on my progress to my situation incase anyone else has this issue now or at another time may save someone some steps

Running the System File Checker tool

To determine whether the issue that you are experiencing is caused by one or more system files that are used by Windows, run the System File Checker tool. The System File Checker tool scans system files and replaces incorrect versions of the system files by using the correct versions.

To run the System File Checker tool, follow these steps:

1.Click Start, and then type cmd in the Start Search box.

2. Right-click cmd in the Programs list, and then click Run as administrator.

3.If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password or clickContinue

4.At the command prompt, type the following line, and then press ENTER: sfc /scannow

When the scan is complete, test to see whether the issue that you are experiencing is resolved.

crossing my fingers that this will help

I still stick with my opinion that computer is a low quality computer with power Issues. It is not a very good computer. If you have corrupt files which I think.  is what is going on. This is common with power issues. Acer and others use the worst PSU'S in the world. I've always had top of the line MB,CPU,Ram, more important is a good PSU. I am not trying to hurt your feeling or be mean just the parts in the computer is enough to tell me what is going on here.

Also try the following command.

  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

If the issue occurs after the clean install, it should be hardware issue.
