(Waiting for) explorer.exe Playing logoff sound...
I get this error quite a lot too. My problem seems to be when I am playing games on Facebook using firefox all of a sudden my games will start to stutter. The only fix for it is restarting the computer and then this error comes up so I know its something to do with explorer. Any fix for this coming soon? I will be on my computer for hours doing the exact same thing and then just all of a sudden it starts to have this problem. When I say stutter I mean its like there isn't enough memory to run everything I've got open and the computer is trying to make its way through it (even though I only have firefox open).

Hi, I would like to confirm what exact error is received. Does this issue occur if you use Internet Explorer? To troubleshoot this issue, please update BIOS and device drivers to latest version. If the issue persists, you can test it in Clean Boot mode. Hope it helps.Vivian Xing - MSFT
