I utilise software for reporting, coding & recording defects within pipes laid underground, I recently purchase a new laptop to run this software software called WINCAN, however everything loaded up  very nicely except for one thing, every time I proceed to perform what is called 'wincan viewer Export' to export all recorded video footage, reports, inclination reports (for the grade of the pipe) etc on to a dvd disc, every time I try to perform this task it keeps coming up as:

RUN-TIME ERROR '339':

Component 'FoxburnerUC.ocx'or one of its dependencies not correctly registered:

a file is missing or invalid.

how do I fix this as I need to get these data on discs andpost tonight, customer is getting impatient.

FoxburnerUC.ocx is an active X file installed by the software.  The easiest way to fix this is to re-install the software.  Since this is not an MS app your best bet is to contact the developer.
