Hi,
Based on my search, ~SSDFS files should not be generated by Windows products. It may be caused by third party software or virus.
I suggest you try to scan your system to make sure its clean. If no antivirus software was installed, please try the following online scan.

At the same time, I suggest we move the ~SSDFS to new folder to test if we can delete them. Create a new folder and cut/paste all ~SSDFS file to the new folder.
Is there any error? If there is no error, we may can delete ~SSDFS files safely.
We need more information about your system to narrow down the cause of this issue. Please help to collect the following information.
1. Is there any software or hardware installed recently?
2. Please capture a screenshot of the files and send to tfwst@microsoft.com.
3. System Information is also helpful. Send the file to tfwst@microsoft.com too.
Thanks.
