windows server 2003 spontaneous reboot
have a 2003 server which spontaneously reboots once every day or two. (Proliant DL360) Have worked with HP and replaced the firmware, all of the latest drivers, the memory, motherboard, and processor. it is essentially a new machine with the same problem. It has UNIX for windows installed and AIX servers mount to a directory on the 2003 file system. Files are read and renamed from the AIX servers. Analyzing the dump file it essentially has issues with nfsserv.sys trying to access invalid memory. MODULE_NAME: nfssvr FAULTING_MODULE: 80800000 nt DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP: 4512a388 EXCEPTION_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 - The instruction at "0x%08lx" referenced memory at "0x%08lx". The memory could not be "%s". FAULTING_IP: nfssvr!DsSleep+19fba Any help would be appreciated

Thank-you for the response. We have analyzed the dump file and it points to the nfssvr.sys accessing invalid memory. The memory has been replaced as well as most of the other compnents on the server other than the hard drives and power supply. Trying to determine whether this is a bug in the driver or not and if there is any current fixes for it. i am looking at a hotfix in the comments sent from deva_1002 however I have a newer nfssvr.sys driver then is in this hotfix.
