I recently update my server 2003 to sp2 and my window media 9 was automatically upgraded to version 10. now the issue is i don't know how to rollback to previous version 9 and here what i have tried so far. I have uninstalled sp2 but i keep getting version 10. I have been to add/remove to try remove version 10 but it wasn't even there to find. I have been to registry and delete any windows media player folder i could find and reboot my pc but its still the same. I have gone to program files to delete all windows media player file and folder but its still the same. So thanks in advance if anyone know to restore back my version 9 so do please leave a comment.

Hi Idr3000, In Windows Server 2003, there are dependencies in system components on the Media Player components similar to dependencies on Internet Explorer components.
