windows patches can add time zones, do they ever remove them?
We have an external system that has to match up with the windows time zones. I know windows patches can add time zones. Do they ever remove them? Windows Server 2008

Hello, I guess you wanted to know if the patches remove Time Zone? Then, no it wont remove time zones but make some changes to certain time zones to accommodate DST modifications in certain countries. Thanks Zhang
