when I logged onto computer, windows 7 Home, was notified that upgrades were ready to install.  clicked install for windows 7 service pak I.  after it started to install computer seemed to bog down.  left it alone and it did and automatic shut down. but very slow.  when it came up, it came up with a repair window, (window reccomended)  computer looked for problems and couldn't resolve it.  asked if I wanted to roll bak to another date and I checked yes. screen not says fater error CO190005  applying update operation 197 of 112112 (00000) and is froze.  what is this and what do i do.
