windows 7
I am unable to open 30%of my incoming Emails because it states"A problem has occurred while trying to open this message - try again". I try several time to open without success

This question would be best asked in either the forum related to the client (Outlook?) or the host email server (Exchange?).

By the way, you didn't mentioned the email client you used, so the troubleshooting steps is different base on different applications.

i have seen my customer facing the same problem and we did logged on to the mailbox using web access and saw that there were huge number of attachment email which lead the problem downloading mails using outlook so we manually deleted some attachments and
outlook worked fine and in another instance we found dns to be culprit so please see if your client is pointed to the dns server.
In addition to that you may also seek assistance from exchange server and Windows 7 forums as well
