Hi
the server is no restart or bluescreen,so no dump file is generatedit is just like freezed. No reponse to your any operation and network is down. This situation lasts about 20 minutes, and all comes ok. But after some timemaybe 1 hour or more, the same
problem happens again.
Today I switch all user to the other server in this NLB, the problem don't happen again.
Is it possible that the application programe cause the problem? Is there any way to confirm it?
the anti-virus software installed on the server is trendmicro's officescan. So the article
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/272568 looks like not applicable

Hi,
Please understand that to troubleshoot the freezing issue, we usually need to perform debugging. However, in this forum, we do not provide debugging
support. If you would like to perform debugging, please contact Microsoft Customer Support Service (CSS).
To obtain the phone numbers for specific technology request, please refer to the website listed below:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;PHONENUMBERS
If you are outside the US, please refer to
http://support.microsoft.com for regional support phone numbers.
Having said that, I'd still like to provide the following general troubleshooting steps to see if we can eliminate this problem:
1. Click Start and Click Run, and in the "Open" line, type in "MSCONFIG" (without the quotation marks) and then click OK.
2. On the Startup tab, click Disable All.
3. On the Services tab, check the box before "Hide All Microsoft Services" and then click Disable All
4. Click OK. Choose Yes to restart the computer.
5. Check "Don't show this message or launch the system configuration utility when Windows starts" if you receive the message after restarting the system.
Check the issue again.
NOTE: We can check on Normal Startup in the General tab to roll back to Normal Mode after we get this issue resolved.
